We are a California-based, family-owned company providing residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning services, indoor air quality solutions, and related home comfort services. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning’s website and services. By scheduling service, requesting an estimate, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
We are committed to delivering quality service to our customers throughout Lodi, Stockton, Tracy, Elk Grove, Manteca, Galt, Sacramento, Lathrop, Modesto, Livermore, and surrounding communities in accordance with California law and industry standards.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Third-Party Payment Processing
All payments for our services are processed securely through reputable third-party payment providers. All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning does not store your full credit or debit card number on our systems. Your payment information is transmitted over a secure connection to the payment processor, and we retain only necessary transaction records such as receipt details. For security reasons, card information is processed by the payment provider on our behalf, and we do not have access to your full card number or security code.
Payment Terms
Payment terms vary depending on the type of service provided.
HVAC Service Calls and Repairs
Payment for one-time service calls and repairs is typically due at the time service is provided, unless otherwise stated in writing. Diagnostic fees, repair charges, and approved work are due according to the invoice or service agreement.
HVAC Installations
For larger installations, replacements, or major system upgrades, payment schedules will be outlined in your estimate, contract, or service agreement.
Maintenance Plans
For membership or maintenance plan customers, payment is due according to the terms of the applicable membership agreement.
We may accept various forms of payment, including credit card, debit card, check, and other approved payment methods as indicated on your invoice or by our office. Because we do not operate as a traditional online retail store, payments are generally arranged through invoices, field payment collection, or point-of-service transactions.
FINANCING OPTIONS
All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning does not provide in-house financing or direct lending. For qualifying larger projects, we may refer customers to third-party financing providers. If you choose to apply for financing, you will do so directly through the financing provider’s application process.
Any financial or personal information you submit in connection with financing is provided directly to the financing company and is governed by that company’s own terms, privacy practices, and approval process. All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning does not receive, collect, or store the financial information you provide to third-party financing providers.
Approval decisions, rates, and financing terms are determined solely by the financing provider. We are not responsible for any aspect of the financing process, including denials, rates, terms, billing, or disputes with the financing provider.
MAINTENANCE OF SERVICE RECORDS
As part of our ongoing service operations, All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning maintains records relating to the services we perform. These records may include work orders, invoices, service descriptions, contracts, estimates, maintenance plan records, service history, equipment information, and related customer communications.
We maintain these records to support scheduling, warranty administration, internal business operations, customer support, legal compliance, and accurate service history. By doing business with All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning, you acknowledge that we may retain such records in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.

HVAC Repairs and Maintenance
We strive to provide quality repair and maintenance services. If you are dissatisfied with a repair or maintenance service we performed, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. This may include re-evaluating the concern, performing corrective service if appropriate, or taking other reasonable steps based on the circumstances.
HVAC Installations
New equipment installations, replacements, and system upgrades are governed by the terms of the applicable estimate, contract, or installation agreement. Installed equipment is generally non-refundable once installation work has begun or the equipment has been ordered specifically for the project, except as required by law or expressly stated in writing. Workmanship issues reported within the applicable warranty period will be addressed in accordance with the terms of the applicable agreement.
Cancellations
Cancellations of scheduled work, installation projects, or special-order equipment may be subject to charges for work already performed, materials ordered, permit costs, restocking fees, or other costs incurred, to the extent permitted by law and as described in the applicable contract or agreement.
Equipment Warranties
Equipment provided or installed by All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning is generally covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if any. Manufacturer warranty coverage is subject to the manufacturer’s own terms and conditions. We may assist customers with warranty claim processing where applicable, but manufacturer warranty decisions are outside our control.
Service Warranties
Any labor warranty, repair warranty, or workmanship warranty offered by All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning will be governed by the written terms provided for the specific service or installation.
DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES
Except for any written guarantees, warranties, or commitments expressly provided by All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning, our website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes any warranty or right that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

COMMUNICATION POLICY (TEXTS AND CALLS)
How We Obtain Consent
All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning obtains consent to send text messages through verbal opt-in during live service scheduling phone calls. When a customer calls to schedule HVAC service, our Customer Service Representative may ask whether the customer would like to receive text message updates regarding their appointment and service status. Customers who verbally agree may receive SMS notifications related to their active service request. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Types of Messages You May Receive
Customers who opt in may receive text messages related to:
- appointment confirmations
- appointment reminders
- technician en-route notifications
- estimated arrival updates
- service status updates
- estimate notifications
- invoice notifications
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on service activity. During an active service appointment or service request, customers may receive approximately 2 to 5 messages.
Message and Data Rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning is not responsible for carrier charges.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further text messages will be sent unless you later opt back in.
