Badges are easy to print and hard to earn. Four Lennox Centurion Awards put All-Air in the top 5% of Lennox dealers in the country, and Premier Dealer status is why we’re qualified to install and service the Dave Lennox Signature Series — furnaces included. The 4.9 stars beside our name come from 500+ Google reviews by Central Valley homeowners — many written after a no-heat call. Our BBB A+ rating shows how we handle the rare job that goes sideways. And the same name has been on the door since 1969 — 57 Lodi winters and counting.

The Most Important Day in Your Furnace’s Life

From the Owner
Kevin Gutierrez, owner of All-Air Heating & Air Conditioning in Lodi

The most important day in your furnace’s life is the day it’s installed.

Hi, I’m Kevin Gutierrez, the owner. After almost thirty years in this trade, that’s the one thing I’d put on a billboard. A good furnace installed badly is a bad furnace. It burns more gas than it should, it strains against ducts that can’t breathe, and it wears out years early — and none of that shows up until long after the truck leaves.

So we treat installation day like it decides everything. Because it does.

Kevin Gutierrez · Owner

Not just my opinion: ENERGY STAR’s install-quality fact sheet reports more than half of all HVAC systems in U.S. homes are believed to perform poorly due to one or more installation issues.

Why the right size matters more than the brochure. A furnace that’s too big blasts past the temperature you set and shuts off — over and over, and that’s what wears furnaces out. Too small never catches up on a cold night. And the furnace is only half the equation: the return air — the vents that pull air from your rooms back to the furnace — has to feed it. If it can’t, the best equipment on the market underperforms from day one. That’s why our estimate starts with a tape measure, not a catalog.

Where your gas dollars actually go. Every furnace has an efficiency rating called AFUE. It answers one question: out of every dollar of gas you burn, how many cents become heat in your house? The rest goes up the flue. An 80% furnace turns 80 cents of every gas dollar into heat. Our high-efficiency ultra-low-NOx models turn 95 or 97 cents into heat — and where the air rules allow a standard low-NOx furnace, Lennox makes one that hits 99. For scale: today’s legal-minimum 80% beats the best furnace money could buy in 1970. Many older Lodi furnaces were rated in the 60s and 70s when they were brand new — and that was their best day. Higher efficiency costs more up front and burns less gas every winter after. We’ll show you both on the menu and give you our honest read — sometimes the answer is the 80%.

The rating you bought isn’t the rating you keep. A furnace’s efficiency was measured the day it left the factory. Skip the maintenance and it drifts — dirt and wear can quietly take 5 or even 10 points off the number you paid for, and the gas bill climbs to cover the loss. (Your real number is measurable — the free in-home visit tells you where yours sits today.) Two things protect it: a clean, right-sized install on day one, and a tune-up every year after. That’s exactly why every new install includes the first year of Club membership.

After the install: your Lennox parts warranty — up to 10 years when registered — is ours to register for you — and on our top packages, our own No Cracked Eggs pledge rides on top of it. Every new installation comes with your first year of Club membership — two tune-ups a year and repair discounts — and some packages include more. It’s listed right on your quote. And the same company answers the phone next year, and the year after. Three owners since 1969 — that’s the whole list.

What a New Furnace Costs in Lodi — Real Numbers

Nobody in this business likes to put prices on a website. Here’s our honest math on furnace replacement cost in Lodi — real numbers from our current price book and 296 written quotes over the last 18 months:

Just the furnace: about $8,300–$13,600 before discounts — and under $7,500 with the 10% heating coupon on this page.

Furnace + AC together — where most families land: menu prices $15,000–$25,000. And the part nobody publishes: after coupons and discounts, what families actually paid us mostly landed between $11,000 and $19,000.

Whole-home projects — top-tier equipment, new ductwork, the works — can run past $40,000.

Why the spread? Every quote — ours or anyone’s — comes down to four costs: the equipment, the materials, the labor, and the legal side (permits, insurance, taxes, and the safety rules the building code requires). The difference between companies is what’s inside each box. A bid that’s much cheaper cut something out of one of them — usually the part you can’t see. One place we start ahead: we buy the equipment straight from Lennox, factory-direct — so there’s no distributor markup hiding in the first box.

We install gas furnaces from 80% all the way to 99% efficiency, heat pumps, and rooftop package units. Your exact number comes from your home, in writing, before any work starts. And it holds: the price we quote is the price you pay for the work we quoted.

How buying a furnace from us works

1. We measure your home — not the old furnace’s sticker. Square footage, layout, ducts, return air. The right size comes from math, not from “same as before.”

2. You see every option, side by side. Good, better, best — real equipment, real prices, on one menu. We’d rather you know everything your system could do and pick what fits than find out later from a neighbor.

3. You choose. The visit is free, at your house, and nobody leans on you — you end up with every option and its price in writing. Take your time. If the answer is “not this year,” we’ll tell you honestly how to get more life out of what you have.

Told you need a new furnace and not sure? Read our straight-answer guide: Repair or replace? If a repair is the right answer for your home, that’s the answer we’ll give you — even though we sell systems. The older the furnace, the smaller the repair bill that still makes sense — when we visit, we’ll place yours on that curve with you.

Guarantees With Teeth — in Writing

Real pledges with real terms, in writing — some ride on every furnace we install, and our top system packages carry the full set. Your quote lists yours by name. These promises are for you, at the home where we installed the system. They don’t transfer if you sell the house. The full text lives on our Guarantees page. And a 10-year promise only means something from a company you’ll still find in 10 years — the name on ours has been on the door since 1969.

The ones that matter most on install day:

Running in 24 Hours

On our top system packages, speed is in writing: up and running within 24 hours of our arrival, or we put you up in a local hotel for the night. The We Fit the Bill pledge.

Heat Exchanger, 10 Years

If your furnace’s heat exchanger fails within the first 10 years, we replace it at no cost to you — Lennox backs the part, we back the labor and everything else. The No Cracked Eggs pledge, carried by our top two packages.

Comfort Made Right

If the comfort we promised isn’t there, we make the modifications, upgrades, or repairs free for up to one year after installation. The Happy Habitat pledge.

Price Match +$50

If a licensed contractor quotes you less for the same system, installed the same way, with the same warranties — we refund the difference plus $50. The Huddle Up pledge.

First Year, 100% Happy

Within the first year of your new installation, if you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we make it right. It’s that simple — the Partnership pledge, our flagship package’s promise.

Background Checked

Every installer who enters your home is background-checked and drug-tested first — and works with floor protection and shoe covers down.

What Happens on Installation Day

Six things we do on every install that plenty of companies skip. A rough install costs you four ways — efficiency, your home, your safety, and years off the equipment’s life. Why we’re this careful: the same ENERGY STAR research under Kevin’s note up top adds that an improper install can cut performance by as much as 30%. Source: energystar.gov.

Our own crew — Ray, Jordan, Vinh, Hugo, and Robert — are the names you’ll see in the reviews below. We’ve spent years fixing other companies’ shortcuts: furnaces on plywood bases, taped-up returns, exposed wiring in attics. Below: two of our own jobs — the kind of furnace we replace, and the install we leave behind. Ask to see more anytime. This same crew’s duct-sealing work was featured on HGTV’s Celebrity IOU in 2024.

“Jordan and Brandon were amazing when installing my new furnace. They were polite clean and efficient and I will definitely be recommending them to anyone looking for a new furnace or air conditioner.”

Sizing Checked Again On Site

Before any equipment goes in, we re-measure at your house — the rooms, the ducts, the return air. No guessing from the old furnace.

Why We Install Lennox — On Purpose

Fair question, straight answer: every major maker builds capable machines. What separates companies is how the equipment is bought, who installs it, and who stands behind it. We buy straight from Lennox — factory-direct, no distributor between your home and the factory — and Premier Dealer status is why we can offer the Dave Lennox Signature® Series most shops can’t. What the relationship looks like: a customer’s new system was noisier than the old one — we went to Lennox and got the equipment covered under warranty. Not every ask goes that way. But when something’s wrong, you want the company the factory picks up the phone for.

Our Guarantees

Financing That’s Real

A new system is a real investment — so the money talk stays as honest as the sizing math. You can pay monthly through one of our three lending partners; the real numbers go on your written quote — no teaser math, no surprises at signing. Rebates and tax credits come and go — you’ll see some named on our coupons — so we won’t promise them here: when we quote your job, we’ll tell you which ones are actually real for your project right now. Your advisor runs the real monthly number for each option you’re considering — before you decide, not after. And if a repair honestly gets you another few winters, we’ll tell you that instead.
