Jordan and Garrett did a excellent job.

My elderly mother had a/c go out on hottest week so far this year. All Air jumped on getting parts and repairing unit! I appreciate their help and great price!

Jordan and Garrett were very professional and respectful. They did a great job replacing A/C unit and new thermostat. They answer all the questions we had. 2 young hard working guys. They even clean around. We highly recommend them for your A/C needs.

My brother's ac stopped working while he was in the hospital. The technicians showed up the very next day after the call. After determining the unit needed to be replaced. They returned with the new unit the very next day and completed the job. Now my brother has a cool home to return to after he is released for the hospital. Very grateful for the fast response when the temperatures were rising.

Vinh came out last Friday and checked our system, verified that it had low coolant and was most likely leaking coolant. Our unit is 12 years old. They were able to set up an appointment for Monday (3 days later) to have a new unit installed. The builder that built the house in 2014 put in a 5-ton heat and air system but the A/C unit outside was a 4-ton. We chose to upgrade to a 5-ton A/C unit since we have a large house. Jordan and Garret showed up on time for on Monday (today), used shoe covers and put tarps down in the carpet and floors. Jordan was replacing the unit outside and Garret was taking apart the unit in the attic. Garret showed me where the coils in the attic were leaking. The old unit used R-22 which is banned now. These guys had everything installed, tested, checked the vents in about 6 hours. They gave us the permit and paperwork, explained everything and now the house is nice and cool. I have been using this company for almost 20 years since they have never ripped me off. Another company was going to charge me $400, All-air came out for $39.99 (2006) and fixed it with no extra charge, it was a simple fix. Thank you Garret, Jordan and Vinh!

Fast and quick! AC wasn't working very well Thursday late afternoon, called Friday morning at 9:30 am, got a tech by 5:15 pm the same day. After a quick analysis, said it was my lack of freon and sure enough, it was! Suggested I put sealant in first to keep the freon from leaking and then poured in the needed amount of R-410 freon and my AC is back on which is really important for an upstairs home! Thank you, Ray, for the great service! It was greatly appreciated!

The service and install was prompt and professional. Dustin, Brandon, and Jordan were respectful and refreshingly friendly. Most notably, Jordan took extra time to answer my questions (of which there were many,) and to ensure that I understood fully how to operate the new thermostat. Even office staff was nice, following up when necessary. Good team.

I am very pleased with this company. I was having issues in the summer and they came out to do an inspection. Luck would have it, I was able to get a patch. They informed me it would be best to replace the unit overall. The patch was good and held up until I needed to replace the unit.

Companies rarely come close to meeting expectations and keeping the promises they sell you on but I have to say All Air’s service throughout the whole experience from consultation to installation was phenomenal. Hugo did a great job explaining and educating me on the options, Kevin helped to clarify pricing and broke down why I should choose one system over another. When it came to installation, Brandon, Jordan, Dustin and Rob were pros. They installed two dual fuel systems and relocated the AC units to a side yard where they wouldn’t be noticed. The guys were respectful, honest, clean, and even cleaned up after themselves each day during the install. There are many options for HVAC in the Valley and I consulted with all of them before deciding but in the end All Air had the best service, expertise, and value. I would highly recommend calling the team at All Air for any HVAC needs when you need a repair or replacement.

All Air exceeded my expectations on this installment of a new Lennox package unit, custom curb, and service safety platform as required by city code. Despite the outside temperature being 92° today, Jordan, Brandon, and Dustin completed the installation same-day and ensured that the house was cool prior to their departure. It’s not easy to WOW me, but they sure did. Thank you!!!! 🙏

Had plenty of work done throughout the years with this company. I had never had an issue except for this one mini split unit. They were quick to diagnose the issue and repair it quickly under warranty at no cost to me. With that being said they deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. All the way.

My heating was not working and gave a call to All -Air heating , Ray came out late in the evening and told us the igniter plug need to be replaced. Requested him to fix it asap as i ahve kids in house and he Order the part straight away and he was back in morning and voilaa heating was On within no time . No bs no stories straight to point ,very knowledgable and understanding person . Will definately recommend ALL air heating and RAY the best !!

I am incredibly pleased with the service I received from All-Air. The heat went out in a rental I have and needed it restored for my tenants. Vin arrived shortly after the initial phone call and got it up and running without incident. Its important to me that my tenants are comfortable in their homes and All-Air was able to help with that. I highly recommend them!

My mom used service today and here's a review. A company that has a live person answering the phone (unheard of these days) which for a 80 yrs old made the entire experience positive from the start. From initial call with Jackie to the outstanding tech my experience was remarkable and would recommend to anyone. Tech took time to explain and educate my mother regarding the air conditioner and the repairs.

Joseph did a phenomenal job servicing my air conditioner. He was professional, knowledgeable, personable and considerate of our property. Yes, the only two that should matter are the first two--professional and knowledgeable--but the other two--considerate and personable--are the qualities that separate All-Air from its competition. No, I am not maligning All Air's competitors, but I because of technicians like Joseph, I really do not need to look for another service provider. From the initial phone contact with All -Airs staff, to the follow-up and appointment call and the actual visit by Joseph, All-Air telegraphed "You are important to us." Quality of customer service and actual service are the defining ethos of this company. I highly recommend them. Oh, I haven't been able to figure how to add another review, but Ray is also a spectacular service tech. He is impervious to attic heat. He spent a couple o of hours locating the problem and fixed it. Spectacular tech and service. Thank you!

Awesome technician, Ray, solved my problem and offered advice.

Our AC unit stopped working and we called All-Air heating and air conditioning, they sent out a technician the very same day. He was very friendly and explained what the problem was. He gave us a couple options on how he could repair this and, after we decided how we wanted to proceed, he got the work done. We are happy customers who would recommend this company to anyone in need of a heating or air conditioning repair.

He’s personally coming out to investigate and I will give an update after that. Update after owner Kevin service call. Kevin brought a tech with him named Joseph. Honestly the two of them knocked it out of the park. I now feel very comfortable with ALL AIR. I will be utilizing their services from this point forward. Thank you Kevin and Joseph. UPDATE: I meant to update this review much earlier but it slipped off my radar. So I chose to have All Air replace my entire system. The existing system was almost 60 years. That was the heater. The AC unit was over 30 years old. I purchased a LENOX system which I could not be more happy with. The installers did a great job and now I’m all set up for decades to come. I highly recommend LENOX and I highly recommend ALLAIR. Thank you ALLAIR.

All Air did a great job diagnosing the leak on our AC unit recently that the previous company couldn't figure out! Ray has been great to us working on the issues with our unit and now it's continuing to blow cold like it's supposed to. Before this we were also having thermostat issues and All Air was able to replace them through warranty no questions asked - we went through 3 thermostats the past couple years and they replaced them no questions asked. Ray is very thorough with his work making sure he identifies all issues and finds solutions to fix them. I will not hesitate to call them again and recommend them to anyone.

And their business office keeps me updated to the whereabouts and approximate time on when the technician will arrive at my home . Friendly and respectful funny seemed honest

I came home from work to find my upstairs at 97 degrees, and proceeded to realize something was wrong with my AC. I emailed the company at around 8:00pm, and had an appointment the next morning between 9-1pm. Vinh arrived around 11am, and was gone before 12pm. He identified three major issues, informed me my unit was also 11 years old, and helped me pick out a new one. Issac and Jordan arrived around 1pm the Same day, and had my new unit installed, with all 4 main issues resolved, by around 6pm that same night. Excellent and fast service, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Extremely happy with the job. Thank you again!

Technicians Jordan and Issac installed an air and heating unit at my sister's residence. Quality of works looks great and my sister is very pleased. The new system was thoroughly tested and the operation of the unit was explained. Both did an exceptional job. On Saturday the heating unit stopped working and as promised two days later a brand new system was installed.

Had a new AC installed and the install team was kind and professional. They were respectful of our home. Hai and Issac did a great job.

We needed to have our AC serviced urgently & they came out within a day to check it. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced. Due to my husband’s poor health and the fact that the weather was over 100 degrees every day, All Air was able to replace the AC/Heater for us in two days time. We considered it life saving.

My air conditioner stopped working and It is difficult to find companies that service the Isleton area (I had already called several). So my 1st question was do you service my area, to my delight the answer was yes. And even better they were able to come out the same day. I can’t ask for anything better. My ac stopped working on a day when the temperature was a 107F. I found all air on line, they were quick to respond. Vinh checked my unit and suggested I replace it with a new one as it was pretty old. They gave me a portable AC as they worked on the new Lennox. Diagnosis

It is so hard to trust service providers. Too many will charge you to diagnose a problem, charge you without consulting you. Vinh Le was the opposite of that experience. He quickly told me I can fix the problem myself and walked me through the process. I had a few questions along the way and he was a phone call away. We will have some bigger dollar needs I. The future and I will call Vinh. I already referred him to a friend.

We are thrilled that we were led to find and select All Air Conditioning and Heating. After 30 yrs, our A/C went out during a Heat Wave. We called All Air and they sent out Service Tech Vin that evening- 7 pm. After checking out our system, he identified several areas of unsafe conditions in our old system and recommended replacing it. Knowing we had been heating and cooling on borrowed time, we selected their Deluxe system. The next morning, two techs arrived early to install our new furnace and A/C and remove the old ones. Their work was very good and their demeanor friendly and professional. When they left, we had a beautiful new system, quiet and very efficient. Today, two techs arrived to do the Aeroseal which is a sealing of all the ducts in the house to eliminate leakage and improve efficiency. Again, they did a very professional job. I cannot express how pleased we are with All Air in Lodi, Ca. I highly recommend them.

In years past I typically had both units, AC and heating, serviced every year. I delayed servicing because the units were new and I couldn’t find a recommended company until late last year. A golf partner, who also lives in Lodi, recommended All Air. I made an appointment to have both units serviced. I would characterize my experience yesterday as exceptionally good. The technician was scheduled to arrive between 9 and 11. Sean arrived at 10:45. Clean; well groomed and personable. He was open to questions. After showing him the location of the heat pump and air hauler he proceeded with the servicing. After servicing the heat pump he showed me photos of the inside components and his findings. He then went into the attic and serviced the air hauler. He reviewed photos. No issues. He then tested the operations of both the air conditioning and then the heater which continues to operate properly. It is only one day but based on my experience I would recommend Sean and All Air. All-Air has been working hard to get my HVAC system up and running.Theyve had some issues with faulty equipment, but have replaced the Air Conditioner and the motor in.the furnace. They have been willing to get people out right away and get the replacement parts installed and working.Their follow up six months after installation was done in an efficient and timely manner.

Kim coordinated my service and kept me in the loop all along, and boy is she enthusiastic. Kudos to All Air, I wouldn't have anyone else. Every person at All Air was wonderful, helpful and courteous. The All-Air team did a great job for us! We were not being well taken cared of by another local HVAC company whom we had install a new system 7 years ago and our AC system started having issues. Vinh from All Air came out and gave us a way better bid on the repair. Arturo and and Jesus came out and did a great job replacing our coil and added Freon to our system! They also sealed our ducts up using the Aeroseal process. The guys showed up on time, respectful in our home, fast, efficient, friendly, and was done earlier then anticipated. We were provided a full report on the before and after regarding duct leakage and there was positive difference. Thank you All Air!

We had All-Air come out to diagnose our A/C sytem because it wasnt cooling anymore. Two techs came out and found that our compressor and evaporator were both broken and needed to be replaced. So my wife set up the financing to have a new unit installed two days later and in the meantime they brought us out two portable A/C units that really saved us since it was 100°+ that week. Jesus and Corey came out to do the install and they were fantastic!! As a contractor myself i can tell you that these two guys were exactly who a company wants to have representing them in the field. This only happens when it’s particularly hot outside. 110 degrees and, of course, my HVAC went out. Vinh came out the same day and showed me what I already knew was true, it was dead. There was no sense in spending any more money on it. Vinh worked with me to get a system that was appropriate for the size of my house. My old unit was way too small. It's a wonder it lasted as long as it did. 37 years! Within a couple of days, when it was time to install - Jesus, Cory and Bobby came and worked as hard as I’ve ever seen anybody work, through the heat, making sure my new system was set up right and as quickly as possible. They even lent me a portable AC to get me through. I wouldn’t have made it without their help. I will continue to use their services for many more years to come. Thank you, thank you, thank you! **UPDATE** A week later I had some issues with the new system turning off. Turns out this old house has some old pipes that were not draining correctly. Thank you Ray for your help!

So far this company and the team around them are professional, incredibly knowledgeable, honest, hard working, quick to answer questions and understanding of whatever your situation may be. in 2020 our AC took a dive and stopped working at the start of summer, our 33 year old system was on it's last leg and they helped keep it running another season. 2021 our system died and we called them out to replace it, Vin offered a great deal very knowledgeable and understood our situation and choose a system accordingly, made sure we had portable ac units till our system was fixed and within days they came and Jose and Josh installed it quickly and professionally, answered all questions detailed and honestly, had a great team and put our system in within the day. the system is installed, the house is cooling down and even tho the vents still need to be taken care of the new system feels like the old one! which makes us Very happy~! Will update if needed!

Good company. There technician, Ray, came out to do a diagnosis on the ac unit which was leaking due to improper wields from the initial installation. He came back to fix it within a reasonable amount of time, which I was surprised, as it is their busy season right now. Ray was really knowledgeable about HVAC and did a great job of explaining things. Would use this company again.

All-Air did an excellent job on the installation of our new HVAC system. Very clean and professional install, I would highly recommend them. They also did an Aeroseal service on our ducts and now we have far less leakage, plus they did not need to be replaced.

I requested several quotes from multiple individuals and their sales associate Vinh completely won myself and husband over. He was professional and explained everything in detail. When they guys came to work Jesus and his crew were amazing and professional as well. They did an amazing job and everything works great. They tried their best to be careful with my furniture , but on the last day they were here they damaged my couches. When I called to complain they immediately took ownership and took care of my repair with no questions asked. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who is looking into getting work done. Even though they may be a little pricey it was worth every penny and would recommend them to my friends and family for their professionalism, work ethics and outstanding customer service.

I am extremely pleased with All-Air! My wall heater wasn't working correctly, called the company this morning and was given an appointment for today. Ray was very polite, had his Covid mask on and covered his shoes before entering the house. He diagnosed the problem, made necessary replacements and left the area spotless. I want to start off by saying, big thank you to Vin—he’s a knowledgeable professional who seems to only want to help the customer, no screw them over. Vin reached out to me via a phone call and was able to help me troubleshoot my unit over the phone—he even was able to do a quick video chat just so instructions and communication was relayed effectively. Awesome service, called to have new nest thermostats installed and fix our AC which was having problems. They showed up within a couple hours, explained everything they did and were very responsive throughout the entire process.

I called and requested a service call because my A/C wasn't working. They sent out a service technician. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered to repair the system. He told me the intended repair may only be a temporary solution, as my equipment was on its last legs. The repair did work, temporarily. Later, I called the tech directly, as he gave me his contact info. He returned that same day to attempt another repair. He could not complete that repair because my system had failed, beyond repair. He, patiently, walked me through all of my options. I chose to have the entire unit replaced. They needed a crane to place part of the system on my roof. Since this was on a friday, and the crane wasn't available until Monday, they gave me a portable air conditioner to use over the weekend (100+° weather). Bright and early Monday morning, they were there. They did a terrific job on the install, going above and beyond what was called for to make sure the install was up to THEIR professional standards. I couldn't be happier, or more satisfied, with their efforts. Besides being VERY professional, VERY friendly and VERY courteous, they were a joy to watch and talk to. Their work was way above standard. They left the jobsite as clean as it was when they started. I was impressed. Thanks for such a great deal on the new unit. Thanks for doing such a terrific install. Thanks for being so very easy to work with. I HIGHLY recommend this company.

Highly recommended!! I got 5 quotes from HD,Costco,Lowes and 2 other local HVAC companies locally but All Air Heating won! I did It thru TEXT and emails! 😄 I got all the answers I need promptly too. I based all my quotes on a 5 ton Lennox EL16 unit after that then I inquired about the zoning system. The install guys (Ro)tech(Ken)finishing crew (Mike) and most of all the project manager (Kahanu) which I contact thru out the project was outstanding! Called for service after 5 pm and got thru to answering service. Pleasant person on line asked if was urgent told her no then took my info. I was expecting a call next day but received a call within couple hours. Tech named Phillip called and scheduled appointment for next day. Phillip diagnosed and repaired a/c unit that day. What a great experience with All air!

I had the opportunity to use this company while living in Sacramento. By far this was the best experience Ive had with a home services company. These guys actually deserve 10 stars if they were available keep up the good work .

Excellent experience with Phillip. Extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. A true credit to his profession and an excellent representative for All-Air. I had another company look at the issue I was having and the guy didn't seem to know what he was doing. He gave me a vague explanation of what he thought the issue was and that it would cost over two thousand dollars to repair. It didn't sound right to me. I called All Air and they sent Phillip. He zeroed in on the issue in short order. He fixed it quickly and it's running better than it ever has before. He cleaned up after himself, and even cleaned up some fingerprints the other guy left near the entry to the attic. I didn't buy a new unit from All-Air today, but you can bet when I need a new unit I won't be calling anyone else. If I could give more stars I would.

Philip was awesome. He installed our compressor while our little 3 1/2 year old girl was playing 20,000 questions. He was very good with her. She asked him to not scare her praying mantis friend which he was sure to avoid. These guys are professional, knowledgeable ( my husband played 20,000 questions too), and a small business which we like :0) My hubs told me that the owner was able to save us $1000 too! Our compressor was only about 6yrs old and sounded horrible. Because we have had All Air coming out to service our system since we moved in, their service records showed we have been taking care of our system so the manufacturer warrantied the compressor though it was out of warranty. Initially I thought it was a waste of money to have them come out and service our system but I guess my hubs was right...but don't tell him I said that ;0)

The All Air guys were great! They were respectful of our house property. And fully completed the job with clean up and fully instruction of use. Plus we got a great new system under Philip's direction!

It is a Saturday and it is 95 outside. My family comes in from playing outside and we flip on the a/c. It turns on for about 5 min. & then it shuts down. Check the furnace and its the 3 amp fuse again. I have had the original installer of my a/c (starts with a B from Lodi) come out 4 different times for the same issue. I call All Air as company B does not do service work on the weekends. Phillp called me right back and was at my place in hour like he said he would. He did some trouble shooting and showed me some issues that needs to be addressed. You would of thought Company B would of pointed it out since they had been here 4 times in the last ten months. He found the problem was shoddy work. The wire that co. B ran from the thermo to the furnace and had already replace once was rubbing against sheet metal and cutting into the wire thus making the 3 amp fuse blow. Phillp corrected the problem and vola my a/c is working on this hot day. He was so awsome he sold me on joining the company service club. He was easy to talk to and gave me his honest opinion. I now wish they would of done my install. Phillp cheers to you. You just got a customer for life.

Excellence service. One of the only HVAC companies to service on weekends. Our AC quit working on the weekend. Called them and had someone come out within a couple of hours. Great service technician, very polite and did not try to sell us on a whole new system. We are planning to replace our furnace and AC in the near future for something more efficient. I will definitely use All-Air for the new system.
