I called several company’s this Friday evening looking for an appointment for my home. After making several calls All Air was the only company that had a live person answer the phone. I stated I was in need of emergency service tonight. After explaining my situation they did indeed come out. The tech Phillip was polite professional and knowledgeable. He explained my problem quickly and was able to get my system running fast. My dog chewed a wire in the back yard which caused the system to stop working. When it was time to pay I noticed the service fee was half the amount quoted on the phone. When I asked Phillip about the price he said he had a coupon that he automatically applied. I thought To myself not only did they come out on an emergency visit on a Friday afternoon, they found a coupon to save me money too. I could not believe it, this is above average.
