Furnace quit Saturday and we really needed it back on! Phoned all around and All-Air said someone would phone soon to set up a time. Sure enough, someone did and set a time that was good for us. Another call to let us know he was on his way.

When he arrived and when he had the cover off the furnace he asked if I would turn the heat on at the thermostat.

It started!! I had tried for a few hours with no luck, we were both surprised! He just charged for the call and even said if it failed again I would not be charged for diagnostic within the next 30 days.

We were very pleased and on top of it all, he was quite the gentleman.

Last, and maybe the most important, I received a call later that day. He just wanted to make sure all was OK before calling it a day.

A good neighbor!
